402	`insufficient_ink`	Your balance can’t cover the hold. Top up.
404	`generation_not_found`	No generation with that id on this account.
429	`rate_limit_exceeded`	Over 60 requests a minute on this key. Wait for Retry-After.
503	`provider_unavailable`	The provider is unavailable. Not charged; retry after Retry-After with a new Idempotency-Key.
