Common errors.

Status	Code	What to do
400	`invalid_request_error`	param names the field, when there is one. Fix it and resend.
401	`invalid_api_key`	The key is missing, revoked or mistyped.
402	`insufficient_ink`	Your balance can’t cover the hold. Add funds.
404	`generation_not_found`	No generation with that id on this account.
429	`rate_limit_exceeded`	Over 60 requests a minute on this key. Wait for Retry-After.
503	`provider_unavailable`	The provider is unavailable. Not charged; retry after Retry-After with a new Idempotency-Key.
