This Alipay Auto-Debit Enrollment Agreement (the "Agreement") is a supplement to Loopling's Terms of Service. It applies only to a future Alipay auto-debit enrollment offered by Extensium Inc., d/b/a Atelier ("Extensium", "Loopling", "we", "us", or "our").
Alipay auto-debit is not currently available in Loopling. Publishing or reading this Agreement does not activate the feature, authorize a charge, or mean that Stripe or Alipay has approved Loopling to offer it. This Agreement becomes binding between you and us only if the feature is approved and made available, and you then explicitly accept this Agreement while completing the Alipay auto-debit enrollment flow.
A note on names. This product was called Atelier until August 23, 2026, and is now called Loopling, at https://loopling.ai. Only the name changed: the operating company, your account, your content, your plan, and every right and obligation in this document are the same. Extensium Inc. still trades as Atelier, so that is the merchant name you will see on a card statement or in the Alipay app. Links to the retired address atelier.space redirect here.
Alipay auto-debit will be an optional payment method. It will not be enabled by creating a Loopling account, saving a payment method, making a one-time Alipay payment, or accepting the general Terms of Service.
If enrollment becomes available, the enrollment screen will show the Loopling plan you selected, the subscription price, the currency, and the billing interval before you authorize anything. You will need to affirmatively accept this Agreement and complete the authorization steps presented by Stripe and Alipay. If you do not complete those steps, no Alipay auto-debit authorization is created.
By completing that future enrollment, you will authorize Extensium Inc. d/b/a Atelier, acting through Stripe and Alipay, to collect the displayed subscription charge from the Alipay payment method you approve on the displayed monthly or yearly schedule.
The authorization is limited to the plan, amount, currency, and billing interval shown when you enroll. It continues until you cancel it as described below. We will not use it to charge a different subscription price or billing interval without the advance notice required by our Terms and any additional consent required by Stripe, Alipay, or applicable law.
The first charge and each renewal charge will follow the schedule shown during enrollment. Before a renewal charge, we will send a reminder to the email address on your Loopling account. After a successful charge, we will send a receipt to that address. You are responsible for keeping your account email current.
If a payment fails, Loopling may retry it through Stripe and Alipay as permitted by their rules and applicable law. We will not treat a failed payment as permission to change the amount, currency, or billing interval you authorized.
If the service becomes available, Settings → Inkwell will provide a Loopling-operated action for submitting an auto-debit termination request. We will maintain an accessible, user-friendly path there and provide technical and customer support for the process. You may also submit a termination request directly to Alipay; Alipay will transmit that request to us through Stripe.
After a successful termination, we will promptly notify both you and Alipay through the available Stripe / Alipay integration. We will not initiate another renewal charge under that authorization. Terminating auto-debit does not cut short a billing period you already paid for: you keep the plan's capabilities until the current period ends.
If a renewal charge has already completed, cancellation stops later renewals; the refund rules below apply to the completed charge.
Loopling offers a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of any subscription start or renewal. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.
To request a refund, email hello@loopling.ai. If the Alipay Auto-Debit Service becomes available, every refund of an Alipay auto-debit transaction will be processed through the Alipay system interface. We will not substitute a bank transfer, a Loopling account balance or credit, or any other off-system refund method.
A refund does not by itself cancel future renewals, so also terminate the auto-debit authorization through Loopling or Alipay if you do not want it to renew again.
If Alipay auto-debit enrollment becomes available and you complete it, we will record the Loopling account, selected tier, amount, currency, billing interval, acceptance date and time, this Agreement's version, and the relevant Stripe reference. We will use that record to document your authorization, operate and support the subscription, handle cancellation and refunds, and meet legal and payment-network requirements. The version governing an enrollment is the version displayed and accepted at that enrollment. This document is version 2026-08-23; version 2026-08-07 is the same terms under the product's previous name and stays readable at /legal/alipay-auto-debit?version=2026-08-07. If we materially change the authorization terms, the revised version will apply only as allowed by the Terms, Stripe and Alipay requirements, and applicable law.
This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service, including its pricing, cancellation, refund, dispute-resolution, and change-notice provisions. If this Agreement and the Terms conflict about the narrow scope of an Alipay auto-debit authorization, this Agreement controls that issue. The Terms control everything else. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this Agreement.

If Alipay auto-debit becomes available, this visible contact channel will be Loopling's dedicated customer-service process for the service. We will respond to and address related inquiries and complaints within 7 business days. If a matter remains unresolved, we will escalate it to the appropriate Stripe and Alipay contacts and address that escalation within 7 days.
