Loopling Texts · loopling

1. How it works

Text HI to +1 (628) 313-3913. Any first message other than IDEAS, HELP or STOP works the same way. Before anything else, our first reply says what we will send and how to stop it:

Loopling: Hi, this is Loopling's AI producer. We'll text you about your film: replies, quotes, payment links, cuts and order updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: https://loopling.ai/legal/sms Privacy: https://loopling.ai/legal/privacy

Then we help you with your film.

2. What we text you

• Answers to your questions about a film.
• A quote, and a payment link when you're ready to order.
• Links to watch each cut and the finished film.
• Updates on your order, including changes, delivery and refunds.

Message frequency varies with your conversation and your order.

Our replies are written by Loopling's AI producer, an AI system. To reach a person, email hello@loopling.ai.

3. Film ideas (optional)

Film ideas are occasional texts with an idea for a film, based on what's trending. They are marketing, so they need their own yes: text IDEAS to +1 (628) 313-3913, then reply YES to our answer.

By texting IDEAS and replying YES, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Loopling at the number you text from: up to 4 a month, never more than 1 a day, sent only between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

Our answer to IDEAS:

Loopling: Reply YES for our recurring automated marketing texts at this number: trend-based film ideas, up to 4 msgs/mo. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: https://loopling.ai/legal/sms Privacy: https://loopling.ai/legal/privacy

After your YES, we confirm with one text:

Loopling: You're subscribed to film ideas, up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

You don't need film ideas to order a film, and texting HI doesn't sign you up for them.

4. Stop or get help

• Reply STOP to stop all texts from Loopling. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT work too, and so does asking in your own words. You can also email hello@loopling.ai. We confirm with one text, then send nothing more.
• Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or email hello@loopling.ai.
• To get texts about your film again, text START. Film ideas stay off until you text IDEAS and reply YES again.
